A Word from Father Tom
Following our services on Sunday, Karen and I will be leaving for a week of vacation to visit our adult children in Virginia. We are blessed to have people within our congregation with the gifts and training to fill in while I am gone.
On Sunday, July 31st, Emily Ayers will be leading morning prayer in both the first and second services, and Eric Teoro will bring the homily. I hope that we will all use this opportunity for worship and the support of our brother and sister in the use of their gifting and service.
In the event of a pastoral emergency, Fr. John Richmond at our sister church, Christ the King Episcopal in Normal, IL, is available in support.
I look forward to celebrating Holy Communion with you all this Sunday!
