Our printed Calendars for the Christian Year 2025 have arrived and are available on a table just outside of the Church Office. Please limit the calendars to one per person and two per family so that everyone gets one… even those who may start attending later in the year.

HSH TOURS
There are two tours being offered by Home Sweet Home Ministries on Tuesday, November 12th at 6:00 pm and on Thursday, November 14th at 10:00 am. If you are interested in participating in one of the Home Sweet Home tours, please contact the office administrator via email or phone to indicate which tour your would like to attend, or use the sign up sheet on the bulletin board.
CONGREGATIONAL THANKSGIVING CELEBRATION
Sunday, November 24th, there will only one Worship Service for all members, friends, and guests of St. Matthew’s, followed by the annual Thanksgiving potluck fellowship meal! Worship will be at 10 AM for everyone, with set-up and meal shortly after. If you have not had a chance to sign up with a dish to share and the number of people planning to attend, please take a moment to do so. From November 10th, you can sign up on the main hallway bulletin board, or you are welcome to call (309-662-4646) or email office@stmattsblm.org and Megan will add your information to the list. Please come join us in the feast of Thanksgiving!
DECEMBER COOKIE EXCHANGE AND BAKE SALE
The cookie exchange and bake sale (donation offers) will take place on December 8 in the parish hall. If you are interested in participating, please drop off the cookies at the church on Saturday, December 7 at 12:00 PM for the exchange. If you have any questions, please contact Jack Pitts.
