To improve communication, we are updating our Church Contact Directory and need your assistance.
A “Working Directory” is now available for your review. We would ask you and/or your family members to please look through that directory to help us edit and update the following information:
A. You and Your family’s correct address, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc.
B. The information you do or do not want printed in the directory.
C. An updated picture or a submitted picture that we can use to help others identify you (this is best sent to Pat at her office via e-mail at office@stmattsblm.org – BUT we should be able to easily scan a hard photo into the software as well).
If there is nothing to correct or “write-in” when you look at your entry in the directory, please just give us a checkmark with an “OK” next to it. You may also call or e-mail the office with your information updates or preferences.
After a reasonable amount of time, we will print the new directory for everyone’s use.
Thank you for your support and participation in this project, as it will further effective communication and ministry.
Blessings,
Father Tom
Prayer and Support for Holy Innocents Episcopal Church in Maui, Hawaii
Fr. Bruce DeGooyer and his wife Sam were long-time members of St. Matthews. They currently live on Maui where Bruce is the Vicar at Holy Innocents Episcopal Church that succumbed to the fire in Lahaina. Their house is fine, but many members of their Parish lost their homes. The Episcopal Diocese of Hawaii is coordinating immediate diocesan relief efforts with state, county and others to the Lahaina Fire disaster through the Diocese’s A CUP OF COLD WATER (ACCW) (https://www.episcopalhawaii.org/a-cup-of-cold-water.html). Mail checks to one of the following, and specify funds are for Holy Innocents Episcopal Church.
- A Cup of Cold Water, 2140 Main St., Wailuku, HI 96793
- The Episcopal Church in Hawaii, 229 Queen Emma Square, Honolulu, HI 96813-2304
